Homemade Pancake

The ingredients :
3 cups flour
6 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
3 eggs
1 1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup Canola oil

1. Mix the dry ingredients flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
2. Beat the eggs, milk and oil in another bowl.
3. Combine both the mixtures and stir until smooth.
4. Heat the pan with low heat. Flip them over when the surface bubbly.
5. When it is done, you can serve it with maple syrup, honey, ice-cream and any of your favorite jam.
